install, open iTunes and paste
the following URL address
http://listen.uark.edu:9130/listen.pls
in the "Open Stream..." under the "Advanced" menu.
You can listen to KUAF via the iTunes Library from that point on.

What is Podcasting?
Podcasting is when your iPod (or other MP3 player) meets broadcasting (hence the term Podcasting). Here's what happens: you subscribe to a feed, and audio files are automatically downloaded so you can listen on your MP3 player. By podcasting, your computer will download the latest interviews, allowing you to stay in the loop, listening whenever you want, wherever you want. Read more about podcasting.

How do I do it?
First, you'll need to install a podcasting application. There are lots of programs out there, so here are some free ones you can try:

Windows XP: iTunes, Doppler, iPodder
Mac OSX: iTunes, iPodder, iPodderX Lite

Next you need to "subscribe" to the feed. To do this, simply copy and paste

http://www.publicbroadcasting.net/kuaf/podcast/380.xml

into the "Add feed" or "Subscribe to Podcast" area of the program. After adding the feed,
you may need to click "Check for new podcasts" or "Update feeds" to begin downloading.
Each application works differently, so if you're having trouble, try visiting the
Web site for the program you installed.

1. To receive Ozarks At Large Podcast -
Highlight and copy:

2. Open iTunes and click on "Podcast" in the "Source" box.

3. Go to "Advanced" pull down menu at the top and open "Subscribe to Podcast..."

4. Paste

http://www.publicbroadcasting.net/kuaf/.jukebox?action=viewPodcast&podcastId=328

into the URL: box and click OK.

5. Click on "Update" in the top right corner and wait for short upload. You're in business.
