City officials celebrated the completion of the Stubblefield Bikeway and Veterans Affairs on-street bike route connections in central Fayetteville Monday afternoon. The new VA bikeway offers cyclists a faster and safer way to get from North Street to Evelyn Hills Shopping Center by cutting through the VA campus.
