The internet has changed many things. We plan trips differently, shop differently and communicate differently. Zoe Niesel says the digital age also changes how lawyers and judges have to think about jurisdiction. She is an assistant professor of law at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, and she recently visited the University of Arkansas to deliver a talk about the internet and law.
