Community Spotlight: Arisa Health and Therapeutic Foster Care

Arisa Health of Northwest Arkansas has a special foster parent program called Therapeutic Foster Care. They train foster parents to a higher level of care, helping them understand how children who have experienced trauma need special help. Pete speaks with Tiffany Boyle, a therapeutic foster care specialist.
