White House asks Congress for $106 billion to provide aid to Ukraine, Israel

Several Republicans walked out of Tuesday’s classified White House briefing on Ukraine as negotiations on further aid to the country continue to break down in Congress.

Host Deepa Fernandes speaks with Shalanda Young, director of the Office of Management and Budget, about the $106 billion the White House is asking Congress to provide for Ukraine, Israel and other national security needs.
