This week a special session of the Arkansas Legislature will convene to discuss the details involved with Governor Asa Hutchinson’s plan to tweak the private option health care plan. The 2013 version of the state legislature established the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace, including the Small Business Health Options Program, or SHOP. Three years out, the state is still trying to get the word out about SHOP.
