Dr. Lisa Corrigan is an Associate Professor of Communication and Director of the Gender Studies Program at the University of Arkansas. She's also the author of the new book Prison Power: How Prison Influenced the Movement for Black Liberation. She recently came to the Carver Center for Public Radio to talk about her book.
