More Arkansans are applying for the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, according to figures released by the state's Department of Human Services. Amy Webb, Chief of Communications and Community Engagement for DHS, says the number of applications nearly doubled from February to March, in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
