Sound Perimeter: Chocolate

These civilizations cultivated and consumed cacao beans, the primary ingredient in chocolate. Chocolate has been an inspiration to many artists, including the composerswe highlight today in Sound Perimeter: Piotr Ilych Tchaikovsky, Stacy Garrop, and Juan Carlos Guio.
