Blue Zones are places classified by healthy living and longer lifespans, and it is also the name of an organization that studies and promotes related ideas. The concepts pertaining to those areas have been compiled into books, recipes and strategies. We speak with Nick Buettner, Vice President of Product at Blue Zones, prior to the organization's arrival this week in northwest Arkansas.
