Ozark Guidance, Counseling Associates, Mid-South Health Systems and Professional Counseling Associates have signed a Letter of Intent to form a new nonprofit called Arisa Health. Once the merger is complete in early 2020, Arisa Health will have locations in 41 counties in the northern half of Arkansas.
