Following two mass shootings this weekend in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio, Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson announced he'd like legislators to work on hate crime legislation. Arkansas is one of four states without a hate crime law. Hutchinson also said he's open to a discussion of red flag laws that have been passed in multiple states in recent years.
