During Friday's coronavirus response briefing, Governor Asa Hutchinson reminded Arkansans that as of Monday, May 11, all businesses he considers retail can be open to customers. He added that he would provide a timeline for bars to reopen at his briefing the following Monday, May 18. Arkansas state parks can also begin overnight stays in lodges and cabins starting tonight.
