Hundreds of Handmade Flags of Hope Will Flutter in Eureka Springs

Hundreds of handmade flags will fly on the campus of the Eureka Springs Community Center starting Oct. 29. The CommUNITY Hope Flag Project aims to foster encouragement during a national crisis. The public is invited to create flags. Instructions and kits are available. The project is sponsored by Francisca Garcia Giri, of Flora Roja Acupuncture and Herbal Apothecary, as well as Eureka Springs School of the Arts.
