About a month after city, county and state leaders cut the ribbon on the Northwest Arkansas Crisis Stabilization Unit in Fayetteville, county leaders called a media conference to address concerns brought up about the facility’s operations. Mental health advocates were concerned about the number of people who’ve been admitted since the unit started accepting clients two and a half weeks ago.
