Public School Kids Get More Recess Next School Year

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, surrounded by young constituents, signed the new school recess act into law April 1.

The new state law, sponsored by Arkansas Rep. Jana Della Rosa (R-Rogers), will increase public school recess to at least 40 minutes per day.
