Bill "Scoop" Lancaster has been around politics as much a person could be without being elected. He's been a newspaper reporter, a press secretary and was the first-ever Arkansas Senate Chief of Staff. His new book, Inside the Legislature, offers up stories from his time associated with Arkansas lawmakers and politicians. he was in Fayetteville recently to speak to the Political Animals Club of Northwest Arkansas.
