Residents Voice Opposition to Fayetteville Bond Referendum

While there is no organized opposition group against extending Fayetteville's sales tax in the current bond election, there are some residents who are against the proposal. We hear from Stephen Coger, the founder of the Arkansas Justice Collective, about why he is against the referendum.
