The University of Arkansas Campus Hunger Initiative will co-host the National Food Waste and Hunger Summit this weekend. It is the third year for the summit, co-hosted by the national group The Campus Kitchens Project, but the first to be held in Fayetteville. The U of A has more than 100 student leaders who volunteer either with the Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry or the Food Recovery Project.
