Dry January is a tradition that started in the United Kingdom in which participants abstain from consuming alcohol in the month of January. In recent years, Dry January has made its way across the pond, with an increasing number of people taking the pledge. Right before 2023 ended, Kyle Kellams spoke with a fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Chris Hardin, about how alcohol affects blood pressure.
