Hispanic Women's Organization of Arkansas funds the future of education for Latino students

The Hispanic Women’s Organization of Arkansas is again accepting applications for a series of $1,500 scholarships. Rebecca Soto, the development officer for HWOA, visited with Ozarks at Large's Kyle Kellams and said the scholarships are available for a wide range of applicants.
