On October 19 and 20, the Pulaski Institution is hosting its first ever regional summit at Hendrix College. The summit is called “Place and Democracy in the Mid-South.” Ozarks at Large's Matthew Moore spoke with The Pulaski Institution’s President and CEO Alan Elrod over Zoom who says the institution is a nonpartisan think tank that is oriented around democracy and economic issues around heartland areas.
