giving tree

A big 'Thank You!' to Deb England and Summit Chiropractic & Sports rehab just south of Drake Field at 1 South Main Avenue in Fayetteville. They are serving as a 'remote site' for the KUAF Giving Tree: School's in Session PPE Drive. Just drop by there and fill up the bin with Personal Protection Equipment for local elementary and middle schools. If you would like to host a remote site, send an email to

The KUAF Giving Tree: School's in Session PPE Drive now has three remote drop-off locations in addition to the Carver Center for Public Radio at 9 South School in Fayetteville.

You can now drop off your donation of PPE - masks, gloves, face shields, etc. - at:

ARKANSAS ARTS AND FASHION FORUM on 214 South Main Street in Springdale

FOSSIL COVE BREWING COMPANY on 1946 North Birch Avenue in Fayetteville

BIKE RACK BREWING COMPANY on 205 East Johnson Avenue in Springdale

The KUAF Giving Tree: School's in Session PPE Drive has already benefitted classrooms in our communities, but for this to make a true impact we'll need multiple 'remote' drop off locations throughout the KUAF listening area. A few locations already helping out include the Arkansas Arts and Fashion Forum offices in Springdale (214 South Main Street) as well as Fossil Cove Brewing Company in Fayetteville (1946 North Birch Avenue).

The annual KUAF giving tree is back for the 8th year. This year we are partnering with West Moutain Brewing Company to collect nonperishable food items for the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs' food pantry.

Pete Hartman talks with West Mountain Brewing's Armena Wendt about why her company makes an effort to support veteran's each year and what others can do to help fill the VA's food pantry.

Thank you for supporting the CES this Christmas! For many children, Christmas at the CES is their first time to receive gifts and embrace the magic that surrounds such a joyous holiday, and your support gives them the opportunity to enjoy the season of giving and celebrate by just being kids! Every child at the CES will have the opportunity to make a Christmas Wishlist. CES Staff and volunteers will shop for the children and help fulfill all their Christmas wishes. See below for a list of items that you can drop off at the KUAF studios underneath the 'Giving Tree'.
