Changes Onscreen Could Change the World

Bentonville Film Festival founder Geena Davis says strong gender and minority disparities exist on and off screen.   Her research says that for every three male speaking roles, there is just one female role.  Her solution is simple: hire more women and minorities.  The actress says that's her goal with the BFF.
