The Fayetteville restaurant's monthly Farm to Mind dinner features lectures led by suppliers and farmers coupled with dinner. August featured Cody Hopkins with Falling Sky Farm. Hopkins explains why pasture raised chicken, pork, and beef is different from typical store bought fare and offers tops for preparing it such as brining, confiting and sous vide cooking.
