Later this month several organizations will hold a gala to honor the Buffalo River and the pioneers who helped keep it flowing when a proposal would have dammed it in the 1960s. One of those longtime champions of the river, Ken Smith, says the Buffalo has...and hasn't changed...in those decades since.
