The Friends of James Beard Benefit dinner Sunday evening will feature food from local and guest chefs. We talked to three of the chefs about the meal: Matthew McClure with The Hive at 21c Museum Hotel, Luke Wetzel with Oven and Tap and Justus Molle with River Grille. The dinner is Sunday at Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food.
