We conclude our conversation with Michael Vandenbergh, co-director of the Vanderbilt Energy, Environment and Land Use Program, about the environment and the future. He was a keynote speaker at a symposium on the University of Arkansas this fall dedicated to the environment and private governance. Vandenbergh and Jonathan Gilligan have written the new book Beyond Politics: The Private Governance Response to Climate Change.
