This week Eric Wailes, who is a Distinguished Professor at the University of Arkansas, will offer a public talk about water scarcity in the 21st century. His lecture, at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday in Gearhart Hall Auditorium on the U of A campus, is a preview of an Honors College Signature Seminar he'll lead next fall. He gives us a preview.
