Since 1979, the Community Services Clearinghouse has served as an information-sharing agency to provide for the needs of those facing emergency situations in five Arkansas counties and two in Oklahoma. The nonprofit is hosting an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. May 9 to celebrate its 40th anniversary.
