Community Spotlight: Circles NWA Fights Poverty in the Ozarks

Circles NWA, a relatively new non profit working to increase upward mobility for individuals and families, is using a national model to help those in our area fight poverty. It uses an 18 month plan which matches "Allies" with "Circle Leaders" who then come together to work through a plan out of poverty.
