Nicole Cotton, a UA music department grad, spent a decade in the arts metropolis of New York City prior to returning to her roots as the first director of the new Jim and Joyce Faulkner Performing Arts Center on the university campus, where she plans to build a culturally diverse home for a rapidly changing area and foster community outreach via partnerships such as a free family screening of the Jim Carrey starred film How the Grinch Stole Christmas Saturday, Dec. 12, at 3 p.m. Find out more via my conversation with her.
