State Revenue Falls, Bypass Could Get Bump From North of Border

Arkansas revenue collections fell below forecast for the first month of the fiscal year, due in part because of lower than expected collections from the corporate sector. A sales tax issue up for statewide vote in Missouri could have implications for the Bella Vista Bypass. And, both candidates for Arkansas governor say they would push back against the Environmental Protection Agency's latest plan to curb emissions from power plants.
