Filmmakers Create Legacy Scholarship

Siloam Springs and Bella Vista will each hold their own National Night Out events this week. The makers of the "Leaving a Legacy" documentary about students in the Northside High School band have created a scholarship for that school's students. Quarterly earnings are out and up for both Tyson and ArcBest. And The Springdale Chamber of Commerce gets a grant from AT&T to bolster workforce training at the ground level.
