Offering Bridge to Public Can Come With Caveats

The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department recently tried to find some entity or group to accept from the state the Locust Street Overpass Bridge in North Little Rock. Because of the bridge's historic nature, the department was required to seek someone to take it off of their hands before attempting to demolish it. But taking a historic bridge does come with some certain conditions.
