Former Arkansas governor and U.S. Senator David Pryor is recovering from a stroke he suffered early last week.

But during the 2014 midterm election, Senator Pryor delivered a lecture at the University of Arkansas Global Campus in Fayetteville. The talk was centered around the changing national political discourse and the apparent dysfunction in Congress. We hear highlights from that lecture that originally aired on Ozarks at Large the next day.
