Last week, the Jones Center in Springdale hosted Special Olympics Arkansas' annual Winter Games. The nonprofit organization provides athletic competition opportunities for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The group's annual Polar Plunge fundraiser at Beaver Lake is Feb. 11.
