New Downtown Springdale Director Has Municipal, Business Experience

Jill Dabbs stepped into the role of executive director for the Downtown Springdale Alliance in the past few weeks. She was formerly the mayor of Bryant, Ark., and before that, she was a small business owner. We speak with Dabbs to learn about her experience and what she hopes to bring to downtown Springdale.
