New Siloam Springs Park Features Bird Watching Habitat

Joe Woolbright, director of Ozark Ecological Restoration, in collaboration with John Brown University and the city of Siloam Springs, has installed a new bird watching habitat on Siloam Springs City Lake Park.  A formal dedication and public opening is planned later this summer.
