A federal judge has ruled against two Benton County companies in a civil lawsuit that involved drug court participants who worked for housing, food and personal necessities instead of a paycheck. The suit involved Arkansas Sen. Jim Hendren, R-Gravette, and his company, Hendren Plastics. The other defendant is the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program or DARP.
