Steven Dillingham, director U.S. Census Bureau, was a featured speaker at the annual Hispanic Women's Organization of Arkansas conference Friday at the Jones Center in Springdale. He says his office is working to raise awareness about the 2020 Census and plans to hire 500,000 Census takers.
