Dr. Hui-Ming Chang is a professor in the College of Medicine's departments of pharmacology/toxicology and internal medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She's conducting an inaugural phase 1 clinical trial at the newly opened Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute researching methods to reduce chemotherapy cardiotoxicity.
