Spanish Instructors Develop 'Road Map' for Bilingual Education

The 'Spanish Road Map' is a project led by a group of University of Arkansas Spanish instructors to help develop more Spanish language programs from elementary to college classrooms and to show the importance of bilingualism in Arkansas.
