In an encore segment with singer songwriter Luke Pruitt, he tells the story of Eric and Lily, Vietnamese refugees who came to Fort Smith, Arkansas after the fall of Saigon. And, like so many others, they have a story. Pruitt came to know them through their restaurant Pho Vietnam.
