At their next meeting, the Bella Vista City Council will consider a resolution that would create an Advertising & Promotion Commission through a tax on prepared food and lodging. City leaders, including the Property Owners Association, feel an A&P Commission would boost the visibility of Bella Vista's existing businesses and amenities and encourage other businesses to move to town.
