Arkansas COVID-19 Cases Up to 197, Governor Calls Special Session

In his daily briefing, Governor Asa Hutchinson pushed back the individual tax filing and payment deadline to July 15 and announced he'd be calling a special session to address a $353 million shortfall in the budget for the next three months. The number of coronavirus cases reported to the Arkansas Department of Health went up to 197 shortly after the briefing.
