Distance Doesn't Deter Trio

Long-distance relationships are difficult, for couples or for bands. But Mother Merey and the Black Dirt defies odds, remaining a musical entity for nearly a decade despite members of the band living far apart from each other. After two of the three musicians moved back to Fayetteville from Austin, the band still plays together, if not as often as once before.
