Legislators Again Will Discuss "Arkansas Works"

The Arkansas Legislature will meet beginning Monday. Once again, approval for the program now known as Arkansas Works will need approval. Almost every time the plan to extend healthcare to more Arkansans has been before lawmakers, it has been a nip-and-tuck affair.
