Arkansas Adopts "Idaho Stop" Law for Cyclists

In 1982, the state of Idaho adopted a law allowing cyclists to treat stop signs as yield signs and stop lights as stop signs. Now, Arkansas has done the same. A program manager with BikeNWA explains why the measure makes sense on the road.
