Seth, Connor and Alec Pitts, who run Sugar Hill Ranch in Lincoln, are the 2019 Washington County Farm Family of the Year. The Washington County Farm Bureau and the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service sponsor the program, which is in its 72nd year.
